Sensaphone800 Monitoring System

Have been using sensaphone products in our rentals to protect from flooding and heat failures. We have many in the field and only replaced one for failure to program in 20 years. The manuals are very well written and easy for my guys to set up.We still are recommending this product to others and continue to purchase this product as we purchase more units.

Unit is as described very dependable.

bought the model 900 as an emergency replacement for a farmsitter model. this unit is used inside of a poultry barn so dust is a major issue. the unit is working excellently and will only have to be in service until the farmsitter unit is repaired. then it will be removed, dust blown out and stored until needed again.

We have three of the Sensaphone 800's now. Very very happy with them. Saves us a lot of money now.

easy to install, easy to program and when the dialer is working, works well.would have given 4 stars but dialer constantly go out on these so tempted to give it 2 stars.will be looking for a more reliable replacement.

I am on my second Sensaphone 800 as I left the first one with a previous employer.Negatives first - The units have never kept good time. My current unit is about 11 years old. My current unit just started alerting me falsely about high sounds. But, tech support got back to me within 15 minutes telling me how to disable that sensor. SWEET! Never had to use their tech support before... 14 years of using the product. Not bad!These units have saved a tremendous amount of money. I have had air conditioning freeze up or just go out. I added 2 temperature sensors, a humidistat, and a smoke detector. I set the temperature sensors for different levels - that tells me how quickly the temperature is changing. I also love the fact that if I think there may be an issue, I can get a response just by calling the device. No guard or anyone else I need to pay to check it. Secure. Locked in my server room.If you have any concerns about the environment anywhere, these things will likely give you what you need.

We have used sensaphone monitoring systems for years on poultry houses. They are extremely simple to set up. They also can be used for a variety of monitoring situations. The sensaphone 1108 syas it can monitor 8 different inputs but actually can monitor 10 the way it comes set up. Besides the 8 inputs it has if also automatically monitors if the electricity goes off as well as it has a high sound alert.. We have 4 poultry houses and so 4 of the inputs are used for monitoring temperature. We also have one input that monitors all for of our main breakers. That way if the main power doesn't quit but we have a main breaker fail we know that. We have that set up with a relay hooked to each breaker but wired in a series, so, depending on your needs you can monitor many more inputs than 8. The machine is very versatile and can be set up to have a delay from alarm time from zero seconds to many minutes. It will then call the numbers programmed in to it at any interval you set and will call several different numbers if the first numbers does not answer. If they are hit by a bad surge they can be returned for repair. The company is very fast at repair service. One other thing, if you own a restaurant these are a great way to monitor your walk in and other coolers to let you know there is a problem before your food ruins.
