Primal Kitchen, Spicy Brown Mustard, 12 oz

I'm on the low FODMAP diet so I have to read every label to make sure I don't consume anything that may set off my IBS symptoms. This has no hidden ingredients like sugar or honey, just honest pure ingredients. The flavor is perfect with the turmeric which gives it just the right amount of heat and spice. Its excellent quality carries the flavor clear through your sandwich without having to use a ton of it. So, it lasts a long time, making it an excellent value for your money. It also makes a great dip for celery and other veggies because it only takes a dab to add a burst of flavor.

I love Primal Kitchen products. I have been following the carnivore eating plan (with great results) and Primal Kitchen products have been a godsend. They are delicious with low to zero sugar and carbs.

Good quality

Primal Kitchen products tend to have excellent ingredients and this mustard is no exception. The texture is a little thicker than regular mustard and it tastes great. The expiration date is a year and a half from now. It is a bit more expensive than other spicy brown mustards on the market but it’s organic with very clean ingredient list.

I used this when I was on the gut protocol diet (similar to AIP) and it worked great! Tastes really good! Normal size of any regular mustard bottle. I actually kept ordering it after I was no longer on the diet because I loved it but it is pricey which sucks! Not too hot at all, perfect flavor! Always arrived great and not broken or anything!
