Wash thouroughly your hands and face with a washbasin and dry your face with a cotton pad before the procedure, rub well all areas to remove bacterias.3. You have to roll in 3 directions on each area of your face: Horizontally, vertically, and diagonal around 7 to 15 times on each movement. Don't roll twice on a previously treated area on the same session.5. Allow dermaroller an interval of 4-6 weeks between the procedures to get good results.6. Other procedures such as subcision, punch elevation may need to be combined for optimal results in acne scars, ex serium.

Good derma roller
I have been trying to buy micro-needle for a long time, and I have been afraid to start worrying about the infection. Recently, I have grown a lot of acne, and the acne marks are a bit obvious, so I started. I got the hand and couldn't wait to use it. The pre-disinfection was still adequately prepared. Then I followed the instructions. I bought 1.5MM. I didn't dare to squat my hand for the first time. It was not particularly red after the end of the day. The key point is, the effect, the feeling does have an effect (I don't know if it is a psychological effect??), the effect of acne marks is not very obvious, but the two acne I have been repeated have actually disappeared! ! The next time I will start a little, I hope it will have an effect.

derma roller
There is no flaw in the needle. The price is reasonable and overall is very good. I have been doing micro-needle at home because the problem of the needle has been entangled for a long time, and finally I have compared many families to choose it. It’s good to use it! Doing microspins requires a repair period, so I have to come slowly~~~

Very good
Very good, exactly the same as the beauty salon, just feels a little inflexible, a little tight feeling, so I have to use a little force on the face, then I pulled the handle over there, it is much better. It won' t be tight, it will be a little painful, and everything else is fine.

Just take a guess
I like the idea of this but this specific tool doesn't really do the job.It does look nice, in a torture device kind of way. However there are two distinct problems with it. Firstly it doesn't roll freely which means you really have to press down harder than is comfortable to make sure the roller turns steadily but you spend the whole time dancing the fine line between pressing too hard that it hurts and too light and it stops rolling and scratches you instead. The other big problem is that there are ohnly very basic instructions on the box and no leaflet inside. The box tells you not to use more than mild pressure and to roll at a consistent intensity and to apply MTS (Microneedle Tberapy System) protocols according to client's needs. (Spelling error of Tberepy is on the box)It also tells you to apply MTS post-care solutions for skin protection and to read the manual thoroughly before use. There is no manual included in the box and less information on use like washing face and washing roller in hot water prior to use. There is actually more information on the Amazon product page than there is on the product itself.Unfortunately I would say, whilst the idea is good, the implementation is quite poor and you would probably be worth spending a bit more to get a better quality more consistent product. Also worth noting, I have used this, probably with more pressure than I should to get it rolling, for a week and can't see any difference in the skin at all, except that it's quite red for about an hour after use.

Working so far and not too painful
Never heard of dermal rolling but im getting on a bit so anything that might help keep the wrinkles at bay has gotta be worth a try.Because im a bit of a scientist there is no way im not trialing this thing. i first tried this on the back of one of my hands ( i can see this part of me easily!) I used it for a few days and im not sure if i am imagining it but im sure the back of the rolled hand looks smoother than the other one. Im going to keep going in the same vein to see if there really is an effect.Ive now started using this on half of my face (yeah, if it works really well im going to look like a total berk for a while, but for science it must be a proper test!) Its not as bad as you'd think, running a roller covered in needles over your skin. Ive got used to the mad hair plucking machines (epilators) and those are waaaay more painful. If you have sensitive skin tho, i would use this with care.In using this machine, you have to use enough pressure so the needles are able to penetrate the skin but dont try and gouge huge holes or anything. The rollers come in a number of different needle lengths so if you arnt sure then try and start with the shortest ones.Im quietly surprised with this roller, its a cheap thing with a plastic handle and metal wheels. Its works fine and actually appears (so far) to do what its supposed to. Definitely worth a go!

Lack of proper instructions and doesn't roll properly
I've experienced some of the same issues as other reviewers. In order for the rollers to actually roll on the skin, I have to apply too much pressure for comfort. That is just about doable on the arm when testing, but I do not want to do the same on my face. The lack of instructions for safe and proper use is not ideal. I know that we can check it out online, but I would want the instructions to come with the product - even if it is just a scanned code that I could check out.A better finishing and functionality is required for it to be useful for me

A poor imitation of a more expensive product
My wife uses a much more expensive (£30) version of this product, so this seemed worth trying as a cheaper alternative. The phrase “you get what you pay for” has never been more apt. This is cheap, yes, but it doesn’t roll freely and is very uncomfortable due to the length and sharpness of the prongs (compared to the more expensive one).
