Good derma roller
I have been trying to buy micro-needle for a long time, and I have been afraid to start worrying about the infection. Recently, I have grown a lot of acne, and the acne marks are a bit obvious, so I started. I got the hand and couldn't wait to use it. The pre-disinfection was still adequately prepared. Then I followed the instructions. I bought 1.5MM. I didn't dare to squat my hand for the first time. It was not particularly red after the end of the day. The key point is, the effect, the feeling does have an effect (I don't know if it is a psychological effect??), the effect of acne marks is not very obvious, but the two acne I have been repeated have actually disappeared! ! The next time I will start a little, I hope it will have an effect.

Very good
Very good, exactly the same as the beauty salon, just feels a little inflexible, a little tight feeling, so I have to use a little force on the face, then I pulled the handle over there, it is much better. It won' t be tight, it will be a little painful, and everything else is fine.

Just No!
This is a cheap cheerful version of a torturous dermal roller.Looks nice enough. It comes in a cheap cardboard box with no instructions and the few which are on the box are basic and badly written etc, supporting that feeling it’s cheap. If you have ever used one which is well made you will immediately become aware of how poor the rolling mechanism is. Made well this should glide across the skin no jarring juddering or abrupt stopping......something this roller has failed miserably to do.This item is going to be used on your face. It’s many tiny tiny pins rolling across sensitive skin. If not kept spotless can it cause dermal infection....well yes I believe it can, should it be used after cleansing products or before them...in the morning or the evening...should I be using products after rolling if so what kind....what should the roller be sterilised with or in and for how long.....where is the basic information we all need to use this product safely and keep our skin in tip-top shape? No I don’t recommend. I personally feel that if Amazon didn’t have its information page you wouldn’t know where to start with this item. There are many derma rollers out there, they are an investment for the skin, they should be safe to use and a relaxing part of your skin care routine, not a hazard and a mystery your not sure how to use etc. Spend that little bit more and reap the reward you will be grateful you did.

basic but still an OK model
Derma Roller - Cosmetic Needling Instrument For Face and Body | MRS 540 Titanium Micro Needle in 1.5 mm is a basic derma roller which I found to be a basic model.I have used this source of skin conditioning in the past, what I did not like with this set is the fact there were no instructions if this had of been my first derma roller I would have had no idea how to use the roller correctly. Though I found the internet to be a great source for correct information which I would recommend. As if the roller is used correctly the derma roller is excellent at conditioning your skin as well as enabling you to receive the full benefits of your serum etc. as the pinholes allow the serum to enter the skin dermis layer, conditioning it fully not just the top layer of the skin/dermis.If used properly this roller can enrich your skin, I would recommend you keep a disinfectant especially prepared for this tool to stop bacteria entering your skin wall causing blocked pores or even infected pores.I do consider this to be a good basic model and one which will introduce you to the benefits of using this source of derma rollers.A good product which I would recommend as an introduction.Happy to recommend.

Just take a guess
I like the idea of this but this specific tool doesn't really do the job.It does look nice, in a torture device kind of way. However there are two distinct problems with it. Firstly it doesn't roll freely which means you really have to press down harder than is comfortable to make sure the roller turns steadily but you spend the whole time dancing the fine line between pressing too hard that it hurts and too light and it stops rolling and scratches you instead. The other big problem is that there are ohnly very basic instructions on the box and no leaflet inside. The box tells you not to use more than mild pressure and to roll at a consistent intensity and to apply MTS (Microneedle Tberapy System) protocols according to client's needs. (Spelling error of Tberepy is on the box)It also tells you to apply MTS post-care solutions for skin protection and to read the manual thoroughly before use. There is no manual included in the box and less information on use like washing face and washing roller in hot water prior to use. There is actually more information on the Amazon product page than there is on the product itself.Unfortunately I would say, whilst the idea is good, the implementation is quite poor and you would probably be worth spending a bit more to get a better quality more consistent product. Also worth noting, I have used this, probably with more pressure than I should to get it rolling, for a week and can't see any difference in the skin at all, except that it's quite red for about an hour after use.
