As a supplement it's okay okay product not excellent but okay okay. Lysine is not usually required in human body so you can supplement for a month 2-2 tablets empty stomach and at night. It shows minor improvements in overall health. This is genuine product. Now Foods products are genuine mostly so can go for it definitely if doctor recommends you. As a self supplement it's okay okay
