Just what my partner and I needed to relax our muscles after our workouts (a lot of weight training!). We found we were suffering with aches and weaknesses in our muscles particularly our backs so decided to try a foam roller as a lot of people had recommended it and we love it! This roller is really good with its little grooves to really get stuck in and smooth those muscles out, good to use on the floor or against a wall! Made from a good strong material so we dont doubt it will last us a while, decent product for a decent price.

The product broke after a few uses & they didn't even get in touch with me when I said I wanted a refund!

Great value and in my opinion just as good as some of the more expensive foam rollers (which I use in the gym and I can't tell the difference).

I had no idea this roller was so big. It does seem to help with my foot problem though.
