You can barely reading the writing which is why I bought it in the first place. I just lost my dog and I feel like she took a big part of my heart with her. I wanted this necklace to make me feel as if she was still with me. Clasp broke. I would be heartbroken all over again if her ashes were in it and I had lost it. I’ll probably put another clasp on it for security. Really wish the writing was blacker so you can read it clearly.

It arrived beforehand. It had all I wanted inscribed, accurate and precise. The color of stones are clear and sparkly, so blue. The charm is heavy for its size, I like that. It is not flimsy. I also, liked the style of chain it came with. It was not a disappointment. It is just a lovely piece of jewelry I will always treasure.

I like this item. One of the little gems fell out of it. But for what it is and who it represents for me is all that matters.

I gave this to my daughter after her dog she had for 15 years died. 2 stones fell out within 2 weeks.I contacted the seller and they offered to replace it.Over a month later we have still not received a refund or a replacement. I was told I would get a discount on my next order! This is not acceptable!

Its a very beautiful necklace. The box and not is easy to use the creamtory used it for me. The writing is little small but hey its a necklace ...now I have my baby on my neck 😍

It is an awesome idea, especially for a reminder of our fur babies. The only critisism is the vessicle to put the ashes in is very timy. Or it's not hollowed out properly.
