I replenish my "cold care kits" every year (day time meds, nighttime meds, cough drops, tissues, etx). I nearly always purchased Amazon Basic Care items- good quality, good price. I either get this basic daytime or I will buy their daytime with the addition of an expectorant. I rate on quality, personal experience, and how product description and what I got lines up. I think it is a fine product, and will consider it again and again. Depending on your region, you may be able to pick up a generic, or maybe even the name brand for similar price. But if one compares the single bottle brand name to the single bottle of this on this shopping platform, then this Amazon Basic Care is less than half the price.

I use this one because it is so much cheaper than the name brand. It works the same for me and honestly I can't tell a difference. Great to keep me going all day when I feel sick. Non-drowsy so I can function still.

Good general brand item. It still has the safety seal on the cap but doesnt have a sealed inside layer like name brands do too. Nice you can just use it without having to peel that off but it did arrive with some fluid loose and wet in the box.

I always purchase the Amazon Basics Brand. Same quality medicine for a more reasonable price. I also don't need to make a separate trip to the store for it!

Great medicine. The taste, to me, is fine. It's strong but it works so well. I would buy the off brand anytime over an expensive brand.
