I have been taking PQQ since it debuted on the market many years ago. A lot of PQQ research was done in my hometown of Davis, California (UC Davis). PQQ is so important to good health that I would never voluntarily be separated from it. I will take PQQ every day for the rest of my life. I have been taking the Swanson brand of PQQ more often than any other brand. Swanson PQQ is very good quality PQQ. Because I can only tolerate 10 mg twice a day (as opposed to a single 20 mg capsule), I have to pay more for it. Two 10 mg capsules cost more than a single 20 mg capsule. I have found that buying 10 mg Swanson PQQ from Amazon is a lot cheaper than buying it directly from Swanson. Why should that be?

I've been buying PQQ from Swanson for years. It does help with my concentration. When you first start taking it you're a bit agitated for a week, then your body gets used to it. Very good addition to your vitamins. Swanson is a great company!

I use this for helping my cells to produce energy for Chronic Fatigue.

I haven't opened and tried this yet, it seemed like a deal. But you have to take 2 pills each day. A lot of small bottles and a lot of "pills taking." Or if you just need 10 mg it's a great deal and very handy for traveling.
