Possibly the most important piece of equipment come race day is your swim goggles. A piece of equipment so many of us take for granted, yet without them, all of the preparation and training is wasted. It's time to take your goggles seriously, and really understand what is needed on race day. Wouldn't it be great if most events started in the middle of the day, the sun high, everyone warm and the light as good as it can be. Sadly the length of events and road closure timings mean a 7 am start isn't out of the ordinary, and as we all know the light 30 minutes after the gun goes off is very different and even more so as the morning progresses. Better than Zone 3
I bought these after the elastic on two pairs of my Zone 3 goggles broke. Only had them a month but so far so good - visibility is great, tend not to mist up (I do the old saliva trick every time) and don't cause a headache after wearing for more than 30 mins. They come in a hard storage case with an extra strap - just in case.

Strap snapped quickly
I have had these goggles since January 19 and today the strap snapped. You do get an extra strap but I didn’t expect it to be used this quickly. If the strap snaps again I don’t have a spare.
