It started working ok by itself.
It started working well after some time . Strange night vision is now ok. The back light sensor earlie not working.

Overpriced
Same Clock available from other vendor on Amazon for half the price. Build quality is flimsy. The backlight is uneven at night with some dark spot in one corner. Biggest flaw is Date and time adjustment can only be done upwards. So if you advance the date/time by error then you need to remove battery and start all over again. No switch to turn off the watch and also calendar does not display year. No recharge option either for the battery.

Everything great but accuracy
Need to set up the clock every month or so as it gets 5min ahead of time in the period.
