Perfect size for Point & Shoot Cameras
UPDATE 02/04/2018 The case is still intact (looks almost new) and I've taken it with me to many day outings, events and longer vacations. I bought one last year in October to give to my youngest daughter for her birthday along with a new Canon A1400 Point & Shoot Camera. The new case has the same part number as the older case but is different. Whereas the older case had a pair of hooks at the top and an adjustable thinner strap, the new case only hooks up at one place at the top and has a thicker strap. Gone also is the belt loop strap (which I never used as a belt loop rather a place to place my hands to hold the case. Was it a cost saving measure? Still it's a good way to protect the camera. I should probably buy another one for the other Canon A1400 that I am holding in reserve for a special occasion. UPDATE 04/01/2016 I've had this case for 2 years now and have taken it with me to my child's school events and on vacations. It's a perfect size for Canon A1400 Point and Shoot camera. I've had as many as 6 AA batteries in the front compartment or usually have 4 in their, a spare SD card and a place for my keys. It's easy to wear around the neck and easy to get to the camera. No complaints. It was because of my experience with this Case Logic product that I bought a Case Logic Sling for my DSLR. Very good quality products. ORIGINAL REVIEW I purchased this case to go with a Canon A1400 Point and Shoot camera. The camera fits in nicely with a little room to spare & the additional zippered pouch with a small net inside is great for an extra memory card as well as a pair of spare AA batteries. On occasion I've put 4 spare AA batteries when I know I will probably be using the flash a lot or taking lots of pictures. Amazon considered this an Add -on and I was able to get a price reduction when I purchased it alongside a camera. It comes with a strap and can be worn around the wrist, neck or shoulder. A great way to protect your camera for very little money.

Fits Canon Elph 310 hs, charger, battery, and SD card
I got this as a roomier alternative to the Case Logic TBC-302, which is just big enough for my Canon Elph 310 HS, a spare battery, and an SD card case. The DCB-302 is slightly bulkier, but its secondary storage pocket is much easier to access because it's bigger and the zipper is higher up, longer, and opens wider, making it easier to get things in or out. And what's really cool is the pocket is just the right size for the Canon battery charger. With a little bit of a squeeze, you can also work in an SD card case and a spare battery. That means all your accessories for camera use on a trip can be put in one place--no more hunting for the charger in your luggage. All in all, I like both cases. This one is good for travel. The TBC-302 is good for everyday use when you just want the smallest thing possible. Both have good quality belt loops, unlike the TBC-402, which is slightly better padded than the 302, but has the flimsiest belt loop I've seen on a camera case and I am certain will not hold up to sharp tugs over time. Strangley the TCB-402 is available for about $7 at wal-mart, while neither of the 302 cases is, yet they were both under $6 here at Amazon. And another nice thing: Both cases are so small and light that you can easily take them both on a trip if you want, having both options to use as you desire while on vacation. They're so cheap it's like buying one LowePro case, yet both are superior to the LowePro models I've seen in this size class--storage compartment is roomier, case is lighter and more compact, inner compartment does not have sketchy looking stitching that is likely to come undone.

This thing is actually pretty ideal. Great quality mesh texture. Smooth inner front pocket for your SD cards and extra batteries. Can wear it towards the back of your hip, louped through a belt. Pressed up against one of your pant loops, will not slide. The components, such as the zipper, and the slot where the belt goes through, I know will hold without wear over an indeterminate long period of time. I cant imagine any of the seams coming apart anywhere on this thing. Not even the orange thread on the back looks it will wear. Doesnt feel funny, doesnt look funny. The black creates a much stealthier look than the product pictures might convey, but the subtle touches of orange striping on the front and on the zipper set it off nicely. I have already taken it on a couple of business trips and walked around with it holstered. No one could really tell whats in it and it did seem to get some attention, especially when I reached back. I have a Fujifilm FinePix AX550 Digital Camera that fits with room at the top, which I suspect is only there for the camera strap. It feels like it would have room around it for something else, but pressing my finger to the bottom shows that there isnt any room left for anything but maybe a small, thin pad of paper. Maybe it will stretch more than I think, given the way the seams are tucked around itself. The internal foam backing is super dense. Does not feel like it will wear, crumple or become damaged over time. Sewn in tight and keeps the overall construction rigid. $6 bucks is an unbelievable price for the only camera pouch I have ever found that I would be willing to carry around. Whats more, I dont mind wearing it on my belt. Its cool. I can reach back and slide open the main compartment with ease and grab my camera. I leave the cameras wrist strap out so that it is the first thing I grab when I pull on my camera. The zipper feels absolutely trustworthy, even with it open by the strap. The rubber zipper tabs are flexible but durable and just the right size for you to pinch and grab without fumbling. You know as soon as you feel around the pouch where the zipper tab is. I also like that it doesnt have some sort of stiff internal frame (like other camera pouches do) that could cause it to dig into my hip when bumping or pressing lightly into something. This pouch is definitely designed well, with a good amount of consciousness built into it. Youd be surprised how many pouches out there lack the simple touches, like making sure that the zipper is at the back when closed so that you dont accidently catch it on something, opening the pouch unwittingly and maybe dropping your camera, or worse, losing it. It is obvious by the design of this pouch that Case Logic has learned from every product release. This is an amazing product, even ten years after its initial release.

Great for smaller cameras but not for Canon SX-160/170
This case was recommended by Amazon as an accessory when I bought a Canon SX-160. Unfortunately I missed some of the reviews that warned that the case is too small to hold this particular camera and I did not notice the dimensions of the case in the advertising. Well, the case IS much too small and I can't use it so I gave it to a family member for her Canon A1100 and it fits perfectly. Other than that misstep, the case is quite a good one for the money. The nylon material is rugged - as all the Case Logic gear is - and the small external zippered pocket is fine for carrying an extra memory card and a couple of spare AA batteries. There's no room for a charger or any accessories - this case is something you'd grab with your camera if you were going out to shoot a few pictures. It has a large belt loop and a chintzy detachable shoulder strap. The main compartment has only one zipper and it would be more convenient to use if it was double-zippered but that's a quibble. Overall it's really a nice little case - too small for an SX-160 (or SX-170) but very good indeed for the A1100 and smaller sized cameras.

Great quality and features.
I am pleased with this camera case because it appears to be well made (Caselogic does make good cases), and it's padded protecting a compact camera, especially the LED screen. Also like a wide belt loop on the back to attach to a belt, but its about three inches wide so even a wide purse strap, laptop bag or even big sholder bags will fit through. The belt loop makes it harder to leave behind while sight seeing and always on the go. There is just enough space to fit a Nikon Coolpix S5600 and wrist strap in the main compartment. The tiny secondary compartment is just large enough to hold two Nikon rechargeable batteries and a 6 inch usb charge cable, but it's a super tight fit. The price is very good and the quality is much better than no-name cases in department stores selling for similar prices. If you want a small case for compact point & shoot cameras that won't be in your way or a bother to bring, this case should work for you.

Nice case, barely fits Olympus Tough TG-7
Very nice, well-built case. It barely fits the Olympus Tough TG-7 camera - I mean barely. It will not fit with the bulky Olympus wrist strap attached. WIthout the strap, it is a nice snug fit. The case quality is high. External pocket fits battery & SD card or the like.

Great case. Plus Product Info - Fits devices: 4" x 2.5" x 1.1"
After looking for a case to hold my Canon PowerShot SD960IS I ordered this case from Case Logic. I will update this review with my impressions once I have had a chance to test it out. In the mean time I am posting here the exact specifications of this case, mainly because I had to go offsite to find them, and also because I've seen inaccurate size info shared in other reviews. One review had me thinking my small little Powershot SD960IS would not fit in this case. I found that hard to believe because most common pocket cameras do not come much smaller than the one I have. So I looked on the Case Logic site. The key info I wanted is this: Fits devices: 4" x 2.5" x 1.1" Here is the full specifications I dug up online from the Canon site. Perhaps it will help you make your decision: Brand: Case Logic Model: DCB-302 >> Fits devices: 4" x 2.5" x 1.1" << (the important info I wanted) Dimensions: 4.9" x 3.1" x 2.8" Fabric: Polyester Weight: 3 oz Features: - Camera case compatible with most compact point and shoot cameras - Quality materials and logical organization ensure your equipment is stored safely inside, yet instantly accessible - Zippered storage pocket holds memory cards an extra battery or small accessories - Detachable shoulder strap and belt loop allow for easy transport HERE'S THE UPDATE: I've had this case for a few months now. For such a small thing, I have to say I really like it. I already had a small (tight fit) case on the camera, but it didn't allow for carrying batteries and memory cards in it. That's the main reason I wanted a new case. This great little case from Case Logic is of similar good quality construction and materials as all their gear. The zips a good, and not too fine (meaning they should last). There is enough room to easily have three camera batteries in the front pocket, along with a spare memory card. The main compartnet as ample space for my Canon PowerShot SD960IS 12.1 MP Digital Camera with 4x Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.8-inch LCD (Silver) (which according to Amazon has the following dimensions: 3.9 x 0.9 x 2.1 inches ). To give you an idea of the size of my batteries, it is this one here: Canon NB-4L Li-Ion Battery . If you want a case for a small point-and-shoot camera, I think you'll be more than happy with this DCB-302 case.

Great for a diabetes meter case, too!
I have type 1 diabetes (and ADHD, which means I often put my blood sugar meter case down and forget where it is) and a while back the blood sugar meter companies stopped making cases with sturdy velcro or button belt loops, so I went in search of a replacement for the old Accu Chek Complete case I had used for almost 7 years straight before the belt loop strap finally wore down and tore off. I bought several highly rated diabetes supply cases and was disappointed each time. Finally, I turned to Case Logic. I have several DVD binders and CD binders by Case Logic which are very sturdy and have definitely stood the test of time. So, after doing some measurements, I ordered this case. It fits my OneTouch Ping (similar to the Ultra, but connected via radio-wave to my Animas Ping insulin pump), AccuChek Softclix (favorite lancing device), and test strip bottle in the large part and in the small part, I can fit (without overstuffing) about 6 alcohol swabs, 1 back-up pump battery (AA), 2 back-up meter batteries (AAA), and a bottle of Novolog insulin. I have also fit a debit card, medical information card, and DL into the smaller section. The strap which connects it to a belt is very thick and sturdy. I am very rough on my things. Usually this is unintentional, but it is a fact of life for me. Everything I own has to be tough to damage and built to last. This is a sturdy case that fits well on my belt loop, ensures I never lose my essential diabetes supplies (unless I take it off my belt, which I do at night), and I am sure it will last for many more years. I've had it for about 2 years now, I believe. I LOVE MY CASE! I am so happy Case Logic made exactly what I needed. :-D
