Marriage-At-First-Sight Romance
ARRANGE ME is Book 1 in the Arranged Duo. It is a married-at-first sight romance. This is a more lighthearted book then some of Katy Regnery's books, but I liked the change of pace.Courtney Jane Salinger was sick of awful dates, one night stands, and guys who never called back. Sick of games, and Friday night bar scenes full of flirtation without expectation. She was plain sick and tired of it all! What did she want? She longed for a house in suburbia with a white picket fence. She wanted babies to buckle into a minivan. But the thing she longed for the very most was to be married. Courtney wanted a husband, and she wanted him now! That fact made her make an important decision. She was so done with the dating world. She filled out an application on ArrangeMe.com, and put the fate in the hands of the experts to find her a perfect match of a husband. Being arranged can't possibly be worse then being single. She hoped!Josh Dalton is the bartender at Tidewaters. The favorite watering-hole of Courtney and her best friend Dina after work on Friday nights. He is flirtatious, and so attractive. But though he flirts, he doesn't date customers. It is done to get better tips. He is a struggling Playwright, and waits bar to make rent on the two bedroom apartment where he lives with five other people. Just when Courtney has things planned out to get a husband, Josh...the wonderful, asked her out as friends of course. She says, “Yes”!For the continuation of Courtney and Josh's story, the sequel to this book titled ARRANGE US will be available in May. I will be impatiently waiting to read.

Captivating love story, I can't wait to see how the next book plays out.
I’ve long found arranged marriages fascinating, and when I heard about Arrange Me, I knew I had to read it. Arrange Me was a sweet beginning to what promises to be a captivating love story, and I can’t wait to see how things work out for Courtney and her man in the next book, Arrange Us. I had, for the most part, figured out what was going to happen in this story before the end of chapter one, but I still enjoyed the ride. While I did like Courtney, I often found her singlemindedness frustrating. She seemed to be so focused on a single outcome she couldn’t see what was going on right in front of her. I know we’re all guilty of it, but, man, there were several times I just wanted to shake her! I will give her credit for going after what she wanted and not settling for anything less, though. Despite how hard she was on herself, she seemed to have an inner strength that served her well as she was going after her goals. I can’t wait to see how she manages all of the unknowns of her new life as her story continues.I have a couple of wishes for this novel. The first was a scene that I was desperately looking forward to, that was skipped over. I’m hoping there will be a flashback to that scene in the next book, because I felt let down by its exclusion, right now. The second was a single line when one of the narrators breaks the ‘fourth wall,’ I always find that jarring and bizarre, and I wish the line had been changed or just deleted.Arrange Me is the first book in Katy Regnery’s Arranged Duo. The books are one continuous story written in two volumes and must be read in order. Arrange Me is written in dual first-person perspective.

Waste of money

Cliffhanger!!!
I have always loved Katy Regnery books, but not this time. The story started out so slow and didn't pick up until about the 75% mark. Just when it started to get interesting, it ends in a cliffhanger. I absolutely, positively hate cliffhangers with a passion. Why do authors feel like they have to resort to these tactics just to sell another book? Sorry, but I won't be doing that. I wasn't that invested in either characters, for one. And I thought the whole plot was sort of lame, too.Katy used to be an automatic buy for me, but no more. In fact I think it'll be a long time before I give her another chance to redeem herself. Who knows, I'm just mad enough to avoid her books forever, especially after this.

Clifffhanger
Decent, but it’s a cliffhanger, so I can’t give it any higher a score than two stars. I won’t be shelling out more for the continuation.

All or nothing!! The read, the book!
Josh and Courtney. . . sigh . . . For weeks and months they were bartender and patron. Then they became friends. The lovely up-and-coming executive from a wealthy family, and the bartender by night, budding playwright the rest of the time. Two different worlds and two sets of goals. Marriage is all she wanted. And he thought it was madness . . . until he didn't. She whisked herself off to London to marry and honeymoon I Scotland _ to a complete stranger that is chosen by the online match site, Arrange Me. They had a couple of dates, but it was all Josh needed to know she was his and he was hers. So he shelled out his last cash to be her chosen mate and whisked himself off to London to claim his wife. I was a little dejected to reach the end and realize the story continues in another book. But I realize that you have a couple of strangers, while totally invested in each other and their unusual marriage, there is a LOT of adjusting ahead of them. Ms Regnery does it again with the passion, the feels and the whole ball of wax. I'm ready to one-click the next installment.

Forget Married At First Sight - read Arrange Me
Get away from the idiot box, and that horrible show Married At First Sight, and dive into Arrange Me.I have seen the name Katy Regnery around book world for a long time now, however this is my first Katy Regnery read. And what a sweet and refreshing read it is. I have been reading a lot of crime and darker stories lately, and Arrange Me is the perfect read to get me out of the darker book space.I am sure we have all been in the same headspace as Courtney, sick of dating, sick of kissing the toads to get to the prince. I am not sure I would go as far as she does though! That's one heck of a big step to take! There was something that I really hoped would happen, but you will need to read for yourself to find out what it is.I laughed, I was full of hope and love for Courtney and her journey. There is a second part to this story to come, and I can't wait to see where we go next.

Quirky perspective on dating
An enjoyable and quirky read. Great storyline flow and colourful characters. A different perspective on the dating scene, relationships and personal goals. A slight bit predictable although fun to read to see if what you think will happen actually does. Happiness the the journey and not the destination after all.
