Attractive, all-metal threading, but...
This is an attractive, functional faucet - solid, all threaded water tubing interfaces to faucet are metal, so no leaks on first pass install. However, the attached photo shows why I would beat the daylights out of the designer if we ever met. The photo shows the threaded nut used to tighten the hold and cold valve underneath the sink. (The screwdriver is for scale.) An equally thin square metal washer sits between the bottom of the sink and this nut.I spent as much time trying to get the hot and cold valve nuts tight as I spent on the rest of the install. Absolutely ludicrous that the designers didn't consider the obvious - a thicker nut, one thick enough to get a tool on for tightening sufficiently for keeping the valves in position when the knobs are turned during use. Or - God forbid - a nut similar to a wingnut with surfaces useful for torquing with thumb and forefinger. This nut doesn't need to be tightened to 100 N-m; it just needs to be tightened with hand-level torque. But with a nut this thin up against a large flat surface and the limited working space under a sink, this nut wasted a lot of my time. What would it have cost to produce a proper nut for this install? Another $0.10? Maybe $0.20? Is this kind of cost savings really necessary in a product at this price level? There is nothing worse than a high quality product flawed by sheer "I just don't care" in design. This is a wonderful-looking faucet, solid as the brass construction implies, well-thought out in terms of plumbing.Except for this idiotic nut.And then there's the washers for the hot-and-cold-water tee. Two thin flat rubber washers. Both of them ended up dislodging and getting pushed by water flow into the tee output to the faucet. Of course, that meant a leak stated about 4 days after the install. The obvious solution was to buy cone-shaped washers. Which I did. Which solved the leak.Question: what fraction of $0.01 did the manufacturer save by NOT supplying cone-shaped washers with the unit?

A stylish retro brass faucet
Its pretty, but the plumber spent several hours and is working on a handle leak i think. He left and i called him back, but its a holiday so am stuck waiting several days for leak to be fixed. I am unclear why a new faucet should take so long to install. But i am sure it will be okay once he is finished ... He is an experienced plumber and for him it takes time so best off letting a pro install. Its a good value but those plumbing fees sure add up.

Beautiful Set, Everything Needed to Install but Bad Instructions
This was a warehouse version so it must have been returned but the box looked factory fresh and all the parts were in bag as if factory packed. Its a beautiful set and was easy to install, but beware the instructions are not the greatest and appear to be for a generic faucet and you will miss installing some parts if you follow them. For example, there is a decorative ring that needs to be installed at the base of the spout but there is no mention of it in the instructions. Once its all together you wonder what all the extra parts are for and realize you have to disassemble to install the part not mentioned in the instructions. Also interesting is that the instruction say you should wax the set to maintain the luster.

Quite a nice Faucet for the Price. Looks and "Feels" more like a "Pricey" faucet.
Nice Faucet but there are a lot of "Pieces" to assemble. Since I have done quite a few of these (Three) major parts faucets, I had no problem to do it. Oh, and Yes !!! I removed the sink and installed all parts on my NICE work table where I could do the job ever so easily !!! I was NOT no NOT about to lay under that sink/vanity unit an try to assemble all those pieces upside down. "My arms get tired". Do yourself a favor and do it "MY" way if in any way "feasible". Thank You Amazon and "Kingston" Brass for a nice product and a swell price !!!!

What was wanted
Purchased these faucets for a friend who has specific tastes. He had them professional installed. There were not inexpensive, but I guess they are exactly what he wanted so if you like them, get them.

Lovely Victorian-style Fixture.
When we upgraded the vanity in the master bath we chose a marble countertop designed for a wide set faucet product. All the other fittings and fixtures are in the “Victorian” style with white ceramic sections so we wanted a faucet set that followed that theme. I was getting desperate when I found this set. It’s perfect and looks great! It’s not an exact match but close enough👍🏻We’re very pleased with this product.

Water comes out, but that's about it.
We purchased this faucet/taps about 7 months ago, and we had a plumber install them for us about six months ago, having picked it up to replace our old ones. We had a problem with the hot water dripping, and these fixtures looked about the same as our old ones, so it seemed like the right choice. There must be some limiter in it, because there is barely enough water coming out. I filled a glass of water, and it was heavily aerated, meaning turbulence. It takes at least a full minute for the hot water to start coming through, something that was only seconds with our old fixture. Not only that, but the hot water tap broke about a week after using it, and now has a 270 degree range of motion. Now it has to be pulled forward a bit, because if it's in line where it was supposed to be, it starts dripping. So not only has our original problem come back, but now we have no pressure and a broken tap. Save your money, this thing is junk.
