Please do not buy, first off the plug it came with to turn it on isn’t even the correct one, second there is no way to connect it to a moniter

This is how it's done!I have always had good results with refurb equipment. This was no exception. The tower looks like new, and setup was a no-hassle process. If I were in the market for a new system-- yes, if buy it again.

First off, this has been a good PC for my school needs, was in great shape for a refurb and came ALMOST as described. The most disappointing thing is that it was marketed as having Windows 10 Pro installed and when I went to set it up, it wouldn't let me activate it. After contacting the seller, they sent me a link to extracting the device's Product Key. After installing ProduKey and successfully finding it, when I finally go to activate with said recovered key, Microsoft tells me that the key isn't valid. So, the computer itself was good, but a big reason I bought it was to also get Windows 10 Pro. Now, if I want that, it will cost almost as much as the computer. So, take this how you will.

Shipping was as promised. I opened the box today to set up the computer and soon as I powered it on, there was a horrible grinding noise coming from the unit. It sounded like the hard drive or a disk in the tray. I touched the button to open the CD/DVD writer and low and behold it immediately slid back into the case. I'm definitely upset because now I'll need to have this fixed because of sloppy and shoddy workmanship from a "refurbisher"

I've been using mine as a retro gaming machine since July 2020 and it is still running just fine.

You get what you pay for. I bought this back in 2020 for school, then ended up not using it for about 1 1/2 years. I finally started using it a few times a week 2 1/2 months ago and the computer would turn on, then the monitor would cut out while it kept running. No matter what monitor I used it would do the same thing. If I turned it off and on again it would work (albeit slowly). Then I pulled the hard drive because it just stopped booting, and it turns out the hard drive is from 2011 and was pretty much at the end of its lifespan.I would only recommend this if you were to immediately replace the hard drive because they just leave the original in there. Windows 10 does not play nice with older hard drives and will give you issues. Given how storage is so cheap nowadays I would think they would put a new hard drive in to prevent it from conking out so quick.Well, I can use it for parts so it's not a total loss.
