I need marbles that are 1 in or more. How many of that size are on the box?

I would say only 5-6 probably. The majority are the small, regular size marbles.

They're mixed, it did have big ones. I'm not sure about 3/4 they're in my fish tank.

Can these marbles fit down a marble run?

They are different sized marbles. So, if a marble run fits average-sized marbles, not all the marbles will go down.
