It was a bit tricky to put on at first (no instructions came with it) but once I got it to fit and adjusted, it is a great upper back brace! Once you get used to it, it's actually comfortable. I do a lot of sitting in front of the computer or making small things for hobby at desk so my neck and shoulder blades were hurting, as well as my posture not looking good and hunched over. The brace forces you to sit up straight and let your neck bend over like a turtle. I can already feel that my posture is getting better. Recommended!

The posture corrector is a great way to keep your neck and spine aligned. I love it give me great support I have had bilateral shoulder surgery and the brace is an excellent reinforcer to remind me to hold shoulder back sit up straight no slouching. Good helper!

This product is easy to put on and take off. It is comfortable and definitely makes me realize how bad I was sitting while at my desk. I have pain sometimes in my arm and whenever i wear this my arm doesn't hurt. I thought that was a nice touch.

I need to stay upright and the posture corrector is very useful in providing support and maintaining the correct posture. It takes a little time to get used to it, it's a very good product.
