Gourmet Finish Easy and Yummy
Balsamic is a whole world. There are certainly more expensive Balsamic's than Nonna's. But the reduction in Nonna's offers a huge punch of complex flavor with just a little drizzle. I will often put a little streak on a plate at serving with potatoes, veggies, salmon or whatever. Great on a burger (really good on Impossible burgers). It keeps well, and it is a trusted friend in my pantry.

THE BEST GLAZE!!!
Have been purchasing this in grocery stores and could no longer find it. Thank you AMAZON! I’m sure there are a million ways to use this, but I use it for Caprese Salad: fresh slices garden tomato w/a slab of fresh mozzarella, topped with fresh chopped basil leaves, EVOO and drizzles of NONNA PIA. This glaze is not watery. It has substance and is absolutely delicious!!!!

Third bottle ordered and will continue to purchase. If you love caprese bites, this is perfect to drizzle over top of them! Used lightly mixed with olive oil for a salad dressing. Consistency is thick and deliciously sweet and I highly recommend!
