Great Concept; Limited-Appeal Design
I love the idea of the Listography series. Everyone can make a list; it's not intimidating and you don't have to feel like you're a good writer. But especially with a good prompt, writing a list does - as the author points out - make for a record that is unique to you.The list topics in this book are pretty good overall. There are a good variety of lists to provide a pretty decent scope of "things I'd like to do, see, have, or be at some point." It's really hard to make a book like this and have most of the lists appeal to most appeal, regardless of their stage in life. (For example, whether or not they have - or ever plan to have - children.) Ms. Nola seems to have balanced that well here.A few of the lists here aren't truly "future" lists; they're more imaginative. For instance, "List events to time travel to." I suppose it's possible that time travel could be invented in our lifetime, making this a realistic list subject, but as of NOW, it's not a realistic prompt. There are about three or four of these, I think. The others are all legitimately, literally real-life topics. All told, there are 73 lists here, plus 5 blank (lined) pages for making your own. (I find this very helpful, as one of the author's topics: "List the beaches you dream of seeing" made me think of a list more specific to my own family: "List the lighthouses you hope to see.")My one issue with this book is that, as past reviewers have noted, the illustrations are not to everyone's taste. They're watercolor, but they have their own modernistically-quirky style and it doesn't appeal to me, personally. Also, they are chosen as representative of what might appear on a given list - and captioned as such - which makes them feel "false" to me, in a book that's supposed to be a journal of ME. "Cyber-feminism," "bonsai garden," and "the cover of Rolling Stone" aren't even on my radar, so why would I want pictures of them featured prominently beside my own personal lists? It would, perhaps, have been a better option to leave the facing pages blank - or design borders for them - so readers/writers can decorate the pages in a manner which is relevant to THEM.

Great gift for an engaged couple
Great gift. Can be filled out over time or just done as a fun exercise for a newly engaged or married couple. Focusing on a wishlist of things to do, try, dream about.

If you are young and love lists, you'll love this book.....
Being a list fanatic to the point that I make lists for my lists, I was definitely looking forward to receiving the "My Future Listogtaphy" journal. Well, sadly it seems to be geared towards a younger audience..... Some of the list's are childish for a women in her thirties, but it can be altered if one show's no regard to the matching drawings (which are absolutely adorable by the way.) I also wished that it would come with an intro on ideas, of when or how to fill it out, as the whole journal could be written in within an hour.....

A pretty good book for list making. High quality paper.
There were some lists that were not in here that I wished would have been. But I will buy the other books by this author and see if it will help. All in all a good book though especially for the price. Nice design. Pages are very thick and high quality. I'm a list freak so I really enjoy these sort of books! I would have liked to see some paragraphs to read to spark inspiration for my lists. Maybe it's just me...

Awesomeness
This book is wonderful right from the start with the unique and sturdy texture of the cover and the inviting art. Inside are great ideas for lists along with illustrations. These make great conversation starters. I like that there is plenty of space in the book to write, no feeling cramped in these pages! There is also some space on the pages with illustrations. I decided to make this a list AND illustrate book by gluing little cutouts from magazines, drawings or printouts that coordinate with all of the items on my list. Each page is a growing collage that brings my future lists to life!

LOVE
I saw this book in a cute gift shop and knew that I could find it cheaper on Amazon. I am totally a 'list' person and when I saw this I thought it was a great idea. I have it on my coffee table and when I get bored I fill out the lists- there are tons! I think this book will be great to look back on in ten or twenty years to see what has changed or what I have crossed off. Great book, for yourself or for others.

Perfect, meaningful purchase.
I gave these to my granddaughters, 8 and 9. They immediately picked up on how cool it will be to list things now and later to see how their ideas and dreams and habits change over time.

BEST LISTOGRAPHY!!
I bought this to help with my home therapy. I love lists and I love writing things down so to me this was something that really appealed to me. The quality of the actual book is great. The sections are perfect - List things you'd love to be knowledgeable about - List animals you'd love to adopt - List unique sights to visit - List appealing qualities you'd like to cultivate in yourself. I could go on and on as they are all wonderful. They range from fun things to bits that really make you think. For each section you get a space to list all your ideas/thoughts/animals! and on the other side are these AMAZING drawings that go along with the theme. It gives you space to add drawings of your own or stick things in! It's like a therapy scrap book!!! I love everything about this and it's great to look back and see what you have written over time. I love adding to my lists and I would say to anyone who is thinking of getting this book to definitely get it. It has helped heal and inspire me.

Bucket List
If you enjoy writing lists this is the book for you! It has lovely graphics and finish, the cover has a soft textured feel but looks as though it would be dry wipe-able includes pages entitled places you could see yourself living, habits you want to break, things you want to accomplish and moments in your life you don't want to forget. This is great for me as it's like a journal come bucket list all in one. Each page has plenty of space for listing your ideas and a relevant illustration on the opposite page. I would recommend this to anyone who likes making lists or who likes activity books, or even anyone keen to write a bucket list.

Ideal gift
I was gifted this book as I have a bit of a thing for lists...I loved it so much I purchased it as a gift for another fellow list lover. Very nice idea as it's not just your usual list of chores - the subjects get you thinking about things you really want to do.

A really nice keepsake book or something to share with family but a little overpriced.
Seems like a nice little memo book to refer back to every now and then. I'm not a hug fan of the examples/illustrations but the list ideas are good and I look forward to completing it. my only qualm is the price, I personally wouldn't say it was worth £10 but the paper quality and book size does seem to justify a higher spend item.
