It's a product by Safariland that's been around for awhile. If you've been around firearms any lenght of time you their stuff is too exspensive but hard to beat. Sometimes you just have to suck it up. You won't be disappointed with it.

Safariland has routinely done holsters and gear best. The QLS Fork system is no different. It’s the most intuitive and well done mounting adapter I’ve found and it’s SO affordable you will actually mount multiple receivers around. Flexibility wins in the end.
