Good for joint pain
I ordered one for my mother. It can be used by anyone. Received a faulty one but amazon replaced it with a working one. Works fine. For knee pain and joint pain, gives electric shocks which makes the pain go away. Good for elderly people.

Very Effective Machine for home use on reasonable price. Easy to use, Overall a good product.
The machine is compatible and very effective. My father-in-law was having a severe pain on his left knee and after having many NSAID's the relief was only for a temporary period. The physiotherapist has recommended to use TENS two times a day for the period of three weeks. The results are very effective and 70% of pain has subsided. Doing knee exercises with two times using TENS in home will give you a best results.
