Worst product
Didn't provide any grip on wey rock, spoiled my entire trekking experience. After a while walking on wet rock, i carried the shoes in bag and walked bare foot, to complete the trek. The product is marketed as something that is made for trekking purpose by red chief as a sub brand but I believe it was never tested otherwise, they would think twice before marketing for such a purpose.

Good Looking Shoe but Not Apt for Hiking At All
Updating the review after using it for 4+ months. Old review intact, after the line.I don't think this should be sold as a Hiking Shoe. It's just a casual shoe. I opted for it because the ₹999 NH100 Quechua shoe isn't much good for use beyond 2 hours a day. Being slightly more expensive, I thought this Furo shoe would be better local hikes. However, performance is same as NH100, so you can settle for the cheaper pair.In fact, it's more tad bit uncomfortable and the back heel is quite unstable. Twisted my ankle twice, even though it's not as low cut as Quechua.Of course, do not find it value for money anymore and can't recommend wearing it anywhere beyond flat surfaces and nearby home.________________________________________________It definitely needs more cushioning at the front of the toe and under. You feel the pressure coming downhill, or after walking more than two hours.I totally agree with the previous reviews mentioning this is not for strenuous hikes but very good for local strolls to the market or close by. No issues on flat surfaces or even going uphill. That said, it is aptly priced and has much better quality than some mid-range Quechua shoes.I fondly remember the time when 150 - 200 bucks shoes from unknown brands were so formidable and comforting! Prices have gone up surely, but unfortunately, overall material and make quality has suffered for all shoes.

Amazing buy , go for it.
Shoes are of good quality, a must buy if you're going for a change. Material, comfort, fit & look all the 4 department are handled equally good. The camouflage pattern over the front of the shoe is quite amazing to look at. Shoes feels great to use, sole is cushioned well. Overall use of different materials is of top quality. Redchief has provided a really good option in the sports shoe segment.
