How are these chips cooked?

The Seneca Apple Chips are cooked using a unique vacuum fry process. This process uses significantly less oil to fry the chips than most other fry chips.

where are they made ..dried?

Not sure where manufactured, but they are dried. Nice and crispy. Be warned, there may be stems and seeds. But it just makes it more authentic to me.
