From ethirteens website: “Aluminum piece may attach to XD Driver with lockring (first design) or pinch clamp (later design).” The one I received from this particular vendor was the pinch clamp design

I ordered this hoping that this is what would arrive. Note the picture that I posted is slightly different from the Amazon picture of the product. This is the newer, better version. I'm very happy.
