And just like the experience of a couple of other reviewers, my better half unwittingly lost the valve into the garbage disposal. Fortunately, although the sound of the Insinkerator beating the valve to death was terrible, it did no harm to the disposal. Fishing the parts of the valve out was no fun, though! This replacement valve might even fit better than the Yedi valve: it doesn’t fall off! Most importantly, the pressure cooker works perfectly with this vent. I’m glad desertcart carried this part!
