This little unit is very difficult to rate. Works great if the clog is soft and easy to penetrate. If it has roots or grabs the snake it can become a huge problem. If the snake gets twisted in the drum you cannot get it out. You will need to take the whole unit apart, remove the snake, and put it back together. It can take an hour or more if you can even do it. It is not easy. So I would call this unit EXTREMELY delicate.

I've been through 3 different types of snakes. The manual handle, twisting and drill powered this tops them all. If you're considering this just get it. It's worth the money and will make your life easier than all those other cheaper methods. It will also save you an expensive plumber's bill. It worked perfectly and helped me get a bunch of baby wipes my son threw down the toilet. Highly recommend!!

It's a quality tool, but the cable was too thin and the head was too small to unclog my toilet. I used another tool with a larger head and it was unclogged on the 1st go.

First use of this snake was fantastic, so much better than the ones that attach to a drill. Second use, the cable broke (I think my fault) - emailed the company and they sent a replacement cable in 2 days, no questions asked. Fantastic customer service.

This little machine saved me over $500.00 what a great tool for unclogging drains, had a foot long block of slug, after going forward and reverse 5 times it cut threw it and bingo!!!
