I can get intense menstrual cramps at times and wanted to give Midol a try. It barely helped. I even tried the maximum dosage recommended and had to go back to ibuprofen instead because I was still feeling my cramp vividly. Maybe it will work for you, maybe not. Please also keep in mind that this isn't very good for our liver so don't use it unless it really works and you really need it.

Midol always works wonders for me. I personally use it for when I get a stubborn headache it seems to do the trick.
