Let me begin by saying I have experimented with nootropics.There are many active ingredients in these pills such as caffeine, which improves energy levels. This synergises well with the l-theanine to remove any jitteriness or lack of focus. However, these ingredients are fairly low in dosage.There are other ingredients which also have positive effects, such as l-tyrosine for dopamine production, l-arginine for blood vessel dilation, and l-carnitine for brain function and muscle recovery.All of which, are very good for optimal performance.My experience from this pill was similar to the experience I've had with the caffeine, l-theanine combo - but to a slightly lesser degree.Personally I would like to tweak the mixture slightly to give it an extra kick, but that doesn't mean these pills are bad by any measure.Overall, decent experience so far. I would choose mixing my own ingredients into a drink blend for a more potent effect, but these pills are definitely good for a quick fix.

The shipping was a bit delayed, but thats ok as it was Christmas. I work in manufacturing (loud environment) and have been facing problems losing focus, thought I would give this a try. After taking it for more than a week I do feel good about this. It sorts of clear my mind and I am less grumpy. It contains caffeine, Taurine and other ingredients that help with Neurological functions. I am not sure about how will it affect if I stop taking these, but since the ingredients are within tolerance, it shouldn't be a problem. Will continue using these as its a great help for those who need.
