Works really well and has a good shape for BJJ. I'm a brown belt and use this before class to refresh on some moves before my class. It's cloth so I don't recommend letting anyone else use it unless you want so crazy staph infections. I've been cleaning it with Lysol spray, so it's worked so far. I think it took like 5lbs of filling to fill it up. Don't get the large one. It's a giant so now I feel like I'm rolling with the heavyweight champion of the UFC every time. Should have grabbed the small or medium one.

Overall this is a great product. Outstanding to be able to practice armers, triangle chokes, sweeps, knee on belly, Darce, kimuras, omoplatas, , guard passing, getting heavy in side control and overall building muscle memory. 20 minutes a day definitely helped me prep for my classes later in the week.Only complaint is this ripped at the elbow of one arm. I duct taped the two haves together and (with he Gi) it seems to hold but I must go easy on that arm. Stuffing was a challenged-took a TON of rags, socks cut up towels to fill this out. The stuffed version is also decently heavy (50-60 lbs) so good for practicing arm drags.

I’m a big guy 6’2 around 260-270 and this dummy is great. I got the Large one and super easy to fill.

I just stuffed this yesterday and practiced a few moves on it. If you're wondering how much filling to buy, I bought 20 pounds of memory foam and it seems to have filled it all the way. I maybe could have shoved another two or three pounds in this and it would be solid as a rock. Right now, it's still solid. Yes, it's annoying to stuff this, but just throw on a movie or listen to some music and it's a pretty mindless affair. What bothered me most was all of the loose threads inside the dummy that my hands keep getting caught on as I was trying to stuff it. But that's kinda me just being a baby. The canvas exterior is tough. I washed mine before stuffing and some of the iron-on wording started to peel off, which I don't really care about. I'd suggest you get this if you're looking for some extra practice on your technique. It certainly won't replicate real rounds, but it might be helpful. And this is certainly a better deal that buying one already stuffed. Take your time with the stuffing and you'll have a great new partner who didn't forget to wear deodorant that morning.

Very useful. I filled it with old clothes. It takes time to fill, and you will need to add more filling after each use for a while. I estimate that mine currently weighs between 70-90 lbs. Be careful when applying armbars - you might rip the stitching at the shoulder joint. But, if you treat it like a human sparring partner, it will last a long time.
