Great tofu noodles
You get three packages. Each package is basically two servings unless you're really hungry. Simply rehydrate and use as you like. They have a bit of flavor themselves. I do not believe the amount of protein they claim for each package. They are a great and quick way to start a plant based meal. My only concern is that these are sourced from China which does not have a great reputation for food integrity.

versatility, ease of storage and use
Like most tofu, this takes on the flavor of whatever you put it in, I have used it in soup, breaking the product up into smaller fragments. You could also rehydrate it and cook it in a manner similar to meat. It has a good texture with a nice mouth feel. This product is nutritionally similar to tofu but also has some of the qualities of fermented soy products. Because it is dry, it is much easier to store than regular tofu. I have given it four stars because I really have no frame of reference as this is the first of its kind that I have eaten. It also comes in rolled "sheets" which people seem to hydrate then slice off and cook.I am oriental and so I use it in my oriental style recipes, but I can easily see this being used similarly to TVP. It even has a brownish color whereas TVP is very pale in color. It has more taste than TVP also. You could break this up and cook it into chili, or make "sloppy joes" with it.

Small amount. The bag smells like... dead fish? The noodles themselves taste ok.
I was surprised at how little was in the bag. At least once cooked up they expand. Each of the three balls is basically one serving. They tasted as expected — bland but good — and the texture was fine. But the smell when the bag was opened was very offputting. Like maybe they packed it on the same equipment as some animal products without cleaning the equipment? I left the bag open for a few weeks before eating, and it smelled ok by then. The noodles themselves are packaged separately, so I hoped they were unaffected, and definitely didn't taste anything off about them.

Nice touch...especially for vegans
I bought the bean curd strips a while back and hadn’t used them yet. I decided to make some stirfry and incorporate them in it. I just soaked them for 20 minutes. It was very tasty I would recommend them! Will probably buy them again!

Good product
Very tasty bean curd! I sauteed mine with sesame oil and soy sauce and served it with kimchi. Soaks up flavors well! Tasty vegan protein source.

too expensive comparing with the total 20.15 oz
good taste, each bag costs $15.34 including the shipping fee, has 3 or 4 small units, each unit is good for 1 cooking for 1 person service or 1 meal. So, each service costs $5 or $4 plus. Too expensive. No really worth.

Cook in vegetable broth or your choice of sauce.
I like that it's light and don't leave you feeling bloated like original pasta does.

rubbery ...
The package contains three bundles of shrink wrapped "noodles".Open them over a bowl or the sink because broken pieces fall out. I soaked it for 10 minutes. Drained it. Then boiled for 5 minutes. There's a faint taste of soy. It had a rubbery texture. It's sitting heavy in my stomach now.I love dried tofu products, but this one doesn't taste right.

Easy, delicious protein
It's just like pre-packaged noodles which I *love*. Takes 2 minutes to make. I pan fried with some carrot and zucchini noodles, and then made some sauce with hoisin and soy sauce. Very calorific but has *lots* of protein. I absolutely recommend it!
