I tried a cheaper set and they didn't work. Returned those and bought these.
works as expected. Release levers worked as they should .

These clamps just work!
These clamps are great. You can attach anything to them. And solid? Solid as a rock.I have taken a bunch of power tools that weren't made to sit on a miter stand and adapted them to mount on these clamps -- A large drum sander, a bench top drill with no holes in the base (I drilled some so I could mount it), an old forty pound pipe vise, lots of things. Basically, all of my large power tools are now permanently mounted on these clamps and sit on shelves until they are needed. The clamps have rubber feet so that the tools can sit steadily on shelves and then are easily picked up (because your fingers can fit underneath the tool) for transport to the miter stand.I told my wife we could clamp her crock pot and blender to these clamps and have a work station just like I have in my garage. Didn't fly. But she could!Note that other manufacturers make clamps like this that look the same on the website. They are not the same. You can't mix and match from my experience, if you are trying to save a couple of bucks.

Mounted my 13" PLANER on my stand! Another EXCELLENT product from DeWalt!
First off - Let me start by saying - I love you DeWalt! Your quality products enrich my life in so many ways... Mostly by making my life so much easier... I have never been let down by any of your products, ever, and I love you for that... *BTW - I'm in no way sponsored to say that...I'm a full time Craftsman, Woodworker, Metal Worker, and Handyman. I feel compelled to also disclose that I'm also soon to be Inventor of the next Million Dollar Idea.....(at least in my head)..... You know, I live and love all that stuff, but I am also just as passionately a connoisseur of tools. I can be quite fickle with my love, and have courted many different brands in my lifetime. These particular mounting brackets were purchased in an attempt to mount my 13" Ridgid planer on my DeWalt DW723 miter saw stand. I figured that in theory, the 16' span of the stand could easily help me manage and plane down my longer pieces of lumber. Sure as Sh!t, I was right! My ingeneous idea worked like a charm! All I had to do was add a couple of boards to raise the height and account for the larger width, but I was planing (and not complaining) within no time.My next improvement will be to add a pair of DEWALT DW7027 Wide Roller Material Support to the contraption. That will be Nirvana...Anyhow, buy these with confidence. "They're Greeeeat!" - Tony the Tiger

Nice Product to Augment Your Tool's Height/Stand Usage
These work perfectly with the Dewalt saws and likely others to fit on the Dewalt stand.

Fit my Dewalt DW723 stand and DWS780 miter saw.
Worked well to attach a Dewalt DWS780 sliding miter saw to an older Dewalt DW723 stand. I needed an extra set to attach this saw. The original stand brackets attach a 12-inch Hitachi standard miter saw to the stand. The original stand and brackets are over 15 years old and do work well. Dewalt has these now with a safety lever that needs pressed before you can remove them. This makes it a little harder. Some say that these plastic lock pieces break. I guess I'll find out.

Great Value
Had this in my wish list for sometime and recently offered a reduced price for a returned item. I’ve never tried this but thought it was a good deal if not used. Surprising it’s in new condition and in perfect condition.Wanted the DeWalt brand for durability, its ease of use attaching power tools accordingly and safety

Great Quailty and a Back Saver if you have multiple saws
Purchased an extra set of brackets for out second trim saw and worth every penny for the convenience of having the saw at a workable standing height. These brackets allow us to also use each saw on the tailgate as they have rummer feet in addition to the saw stand mount. Will probably buy another pair for our 14" metal stud chop saw since we have found these so convenient. Worth the extra cost over and above the Dewalt stand. Not very pleased with the Dewalt saw stand itself (steel parts are too flimsy) but these brackets have held up very well. They rust from outdoor exposure and daily 90%+ humidity in South Florida. The coating on the fasteners could be better. We just replaced with stainless steel fasteners and I don't think it could be improved otherwise.
