Battery Replacement

I wasn't really expecting much from this battery as many non-original batteries can be cheap crap, but was hoping to keep my Note 4 going for another few months. Nine months later and this battery is still going strong. I get about a day and a half with light usage (text, some short incoming calls). When going out morning to night, by the end of the day the charge has been low, but I've never had a shutdown. When I'm out, my phone is used for utilitarian purposes: text and a couple hours worth of phone calls, email, maps, some web lookups, and the drawing/note-taking app. I don't use it as a music player, to watch videos (much), to play games (except for a low-power consumption Sudoku app), or for incessant checking of social media. For what it's worth, I turned off fast charging in the phone settings before I installed this battery, and I have only slow charged it. Fast charging raises the temperature of a battery considerably more and can contribute significantly to battery death.

This is a follow for my last review. As I stated before, the battery only lasted for 5 months. I inquired about it and the company reached out, apologized for the product and offered a replacement for a second chance. So far so good, hopefully, this battery came from a good batch. I gave my old battery 1 star, but I'm giving the company a 5 star for great customer service. Thank you. More to come on the new battery. I bought this battery for my Note 4, it arrived 2 weeks later - too long of a wait. I followed the instruction to the "T" in terms of setting it up prior to use. Up until 2 days ago, the battery was good until it wasn't. It just stopped accepting and retaining charge, not even an indication it was going bad, it just died. Piece of work. Please don't buy this battery, find another brand.

How do I contact ace an in regards to warranty, I believe something has gone wrong with battery. Was doing better than original, but currently seems to not charge up.

Seller replies quickly. Arrived fast and well packaged. Followed the instructions and works great. Drained battery until phone shut off, charged to 100% with phone turned off, drained battery again until phone turned off (after 2 minutes or so at 1%), repeated this charge and discharge cycle 5 times and like others have wrote before me: this battery brought my note 4 back to life. Sadly, my screen finally gave in and I can't rate the battery for longevity but if you register on their site you do get a great warranty on it. Even though the actual phone is still going, I can't find anyone that will replace my screen for less than $130 in Orlando, FL. I would recommend this battery to any note 4 users needing one.

At first i use it show still have 60 percent then i wait to drain so i charge it and use for few days after I don't charge my phone for a day When i charge it show 100 percent after few minutes i use my phone and its off i thought its low battery so i charge again it says i still have 70 percent.Now its stil doing like that after you charge 100 percent and use for few minutes its drain again and again. not worth it I hope i can still change a good battery that long last for a year.

I have been searching for Note 4 battery for a long time, because there are a lot of similar product.I bought a Note 4 battery which advertised as an original battery two months ago. I was very disappointed with the battery, because it drained too fast and got very hot. So have to buy another one. I'm very happy when I found this battery from this seller. The battery works fine after charge and discharge for 5 cycles. It won't get hot. The most important thing is it can hold a charge better than my old battery. I would recommend this item highly.
