Excellent Starter Gi!
Gi sizing is not standardized so its normally hit and miss. I'm 5'10, 255lbs with a 38" waist. I buy the A5 size which fits me perfectly. I have a belly (for now) and the jacket in the smaller size just isn't big enough. What I normally do is try the jacket on before washing it. Then I was it in cold water and dry it, yes... dry it... this makes it shrink to the perfect fit for me. No need to have it tailored and the pants do not need to be hemmed. After that, the jacket is air dried... never in the dryer again. The pants on the other hand, I place in the dryer after every wash. The quality of this Gi is excellent! I compare them to my Fuji All-Around Gi's (another great quality gi). This is my second Revgear BJJ Gi, my first is a couple of months old and is holding up quite well. This is a great starter gi and cannot be beat for the price.*** UPDATE 08/27/2014 ***I've been training with these Gi's for a while now and they are holding up great! The pants are beginning to look huge on me but that's because I'm losing weight and they will not shrink anymore. I continue to air dry the jacket and place the pants in the dryer with no problems. I may need to get the pants hemmed but the jacket fits perfectly.

everybody was Kong fu fighting
Material is good quality, thick. Works well for jiu jitsu grappling. The price was really good compared to others I found.

Good uniforms but order a size up
My two revgear uniforms have held up well over the years - no rips or tears - but they do shrink. At 5'8", 150 lbs, my size A3 has shrunk to fit me well. My original A2 sleeves and pant legs shrunk a lot. Now I hang dry the jackets, but I put the pants in the dryer.

awesome gi
It fit great at first. I'd advise going a size up and just throwing it in the dryer on high. Being an A5 I can't really do that. If i could get an A6 I would. The pants are canvass and not that ripstop crap. the while package is legit and great for the price.

This material is smooth, heavy, hard, and ...
This material is smooth, heavy, hard, and thin. It isn't soft at all, but can be gripped. Same with the collar. Five stars because it is so inexpensive. It will be used as an alternate and/or a loaner.

Shrink a lot
Strong material. But top shrunk from A5 to an A3.

Fits pretty well for a2
Fits pretty well for a2, I'm around 150 pounds 68 inches, the material is sort of thick. The sleeves can be considered a little loose or hanging I suppose, can get pistol gripped or cat pawed pretty easily didn't find it to be a big deal though for lessons and rolling around. The belt it came with was pretty long but I didn't find it to be a problem.
