I believe you want only positive reviews, but in this case I had misunderstood two things -- one, that all writing on the box, and all the text in the instruction booklet, were in Japanese which I do not understand. The other thing I misunderstood was that this model was manual rather than automatic like the other Dolce-Gusto brewers I've had, and that makes it more complicated to use.

Purchased the first one on 7/22/19. It worked just fine for maybe 3 weeks. I only use it for 1 cup a day. It abruptly quit. Received a replacement on 8/15 with no problem. This one worked again for approximately 4 weeks and then quit. It lasted long enough to miss my window to return. DO NOT purchase. $100 dollars wasted. Well I got maybe 40 or 50 cups of it. 1 star only because it wouldn't let me select 0 stars.

The coffee maker works perfectly, as it should. The only problem that I have is that the water tank is small and not very friendly to take out to add water. But that is the way that most of the espresso machines come, weather is nespresso or dolce gusto.

Instructions were in Japanese. Lucky they put pictures to follow. Good value

I had one and the spring broke. I am glad to have found a replacement.

Very disappointed every single instructions were in Japanese. I'm limited with instructions found online. Can I get a booklet in English or Spanish? Thank you

Bad imitation

以前に使用していたものが経年で故障したための買い替え。非常にコンパクトになったため性能に不安を覚えていたが、問題なし。あえて言えば、貯水量が減ったのが残念だが、まとめて何杯も、しょっちゅう作る方以外は、何ら問題ないのでは。2018.10.8　使用開始から２年を待たず、通常使用において突如、電源が入らなくなる。うんともすんとも言わない。他の方のレビューにも同様のものがありましたが、使用頻度も非常に低く、使用環境も悪くないのにも関わらずです。安かろう悪かろうの粗悪品。
