Bought 1st March 2019. Battery Failed 6th April 2019. Company agreed to replace. So far no battery and e-mail's now being ignored

Brought my tablet back to life!
I have the 8-inch Samsung Tab S2 for a few years now, and still enjoy using it. Then it started to misbehave and with the help of Youtube, was able to diagnose that the battery was the problem. About a year ago, I bought a similar one for a larger tablet, so I decided to use this brand based on that experience. Aside from the difficulty in removing the back of the tablet, installation was manageable. It has been some months since I purchased and installed this battery and still happy with the choice.

As advertised
Battery supplied is as advertised complete with easy to follow instructions and required tool. Only took a few minutes to install in my tablet and everything is working just fine.

Do not buy this battery
I bought this battery to replace the original in my tablet. This one is not any better for time usage, and in fact the tablet shuts down as soon as the battery reaches 14%. I reinstalled the original as I am not comfortable with a battery in my device that appears to be defective. I would strongly recommend that you do not buy this product and instead try to find a Samsung battery to replace the old one.

A good replacement for the Galaxy Tab Battery
My Galaxy Tab battery began expanding to the point it deformed the case. I purchased this battery as a replacement. The disassembly was fairly straight forward. I have a set of plastic pry tools that made the job a little easier. The new battery fit perfectly and the Galaxy Tab was up and running in 1/2 hour. After 6 months, it is still going strong.

works but hard to keep from breaking the cover on the tablet trying to get it open
tool that came with the battery broke most of the tabs that hold the case together so now the cover doesn;t stay on. luckily my aftermarket case holds it together tight enough to make work. otherwise it does seem to work ok.
