I suffer from chronic shoulder pain (old injury) and have started using edibles since this year. I had never tried hemp gummies before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I took 2 (they taste good!) and after maybe 20 minutes I felt a light, warm and cozy feeling. After reading many reviews for various brands and types of hemp products, I landed on this one. I like the gummy product as I already take too many prescription pills per day. I don’t really enjoy oral, oil type supplements so the gummy style works for me. The flavor is far better than I expected. I have chronic low back pain and bilateral shoulder pain which is helped by prescription non opioid meds. I am hopeful this product will reduce my use of the prescription medication over time. I do believe there is a positive effect. It’s not like a light switch or immediate but the overall level of pain I feel after taking 1-2 gummies is less after 20-30 minutes. I’ll see what happens over the next month or so but my initial impression is positive.

I actually really like how they taste, not cloyingly sweet, a tiny bit tart and an herbal note that’s kind of reminiscent of rosemary or sage. One gummy definitely “takes the edge off” without a sedative effect; with young children I wasn’t looking for something that wouldn’t impair my ability to function. Two gummies at bedtime helped me drift off to a pleasant sleep and I awoke feeling refreshed! I am a believer in these for sure.
