Great for Dal Recipes
I made a dal recipe that was published on NPR's website with this moong dal, and it turned out perfectly. I couldn't find this at my local grocery and rather than make a trip to a specialty store, I ordered on Amazon. I'm looking forward to making more dishes with this--there are no pebbles or any debris, it is perfect and clean as is.

Inside package the bag was cut looks like from a box cutter and dal was all out in outside bag.
