I think this a great product and does have a simple design. What I don’t like about this product is that the case barely has any grip because it’s slippery, smooth surface. Also, I would love to use headphones while using this case, but using headphones with the case barely works. It will work for some time but then suddenly stop. Sometimes when I try to plug in my headphones, it doesn’t work first try. Disappointed in material used and how I cannot always use my headphones

Find it hard to like his case. Battery life is absurd from time to time. It’s almost useless..until you realize it comes with a stick to stand it...that’s good enough

The case was a gift for my wife. So far she likes it, no issues charging her phone or the case. It is definitely bulky but what do you expect

Not sure if this thing will ever charge, have been charging for an hour. It has not moved past 2. Also the on/off button doesn't work.

I’ve only had this product for a few days now and it gets the job done. It’s definitely not as bulky or heavy as expected so that definitely a plus. I’d recommend charging the case by itself not while it’s actually on the phone. It’s a little tricky to get off the phone but I know it should stay on if I ever drop my phone. So far so good !

Head phone jack only work for May be 12-15 minutes then will have to take it out and plug it back in

Top piece won’t stay locked causing me to Lose it. Battery charge was good, but took FOREVER to recharge. Overall good buy for price though!!

I have stayed with Mophie battery life extenders for years through several iPhones. Mophie never disappoints.
