Q: Would this package be enough for a standard 5 door or do you need multiple packs?

It did do around 4 doors but my garage said not to put it around the bottom of the doors as it can collect water and corrode the door so I'm taking those bits off again. So yes 1 roll would do 5 doors if you only put it down the sides as advise x

Q: Can it be easily removed and what’s the paint like underneath if it is?

Yes the trim is easy to remove by simply pulling it off starting at one end. the metal clip that holds it on is covered in plastic so normally doesn't make a mark; however road dirt can get behind the trim in normal use and cause slight marks but I have found that a simple rub with a colour restorer liquid or polish solves this problem.

Q: Will it fit my ford transit custom 2020

Definitely, they are just a long flexible strip that clips around the edge of your door. All I would say is check how long you need it and just fit it down the edge of the door, not under as I was told at the garage that water can collect in there and damage the paintwork!
