Swanson Fruit & Vegetable Blend - Natural Blend of Over 25 Fruits and Veggies Delivering Essential Nutrients - Powerful Green Foods Veggie Supplement - (60 Veggie Capsules)

I almost NEVER eat vegetables, so I finally caved to the non-stop ads on FOX News for Nature's Bounty (c) and began researching. First of all, I wasn't about to pay $70+ for a month's supply of dehydrated vegetable powder, so I spent about four hours comparing brands. My search criteria were (1) same or similar ingredients, (2) same or similar dosage, (3) reputable brand, (4) cGMP lab analysis certification, and FDA manufacturing facility registration AND no additives. (5) Price point @ $20-35. This Swanson product ticked all of the boxes, and it's 'organic' too, although that's nonsense IMHO. I received a 30-day supply for around $22. Believe it or not, I felt better after about 2 weeks: more energy, better mood. As I was about to run out, I went to reorder, and the delivery date for this Swanson product was way too far in advance. I would've been out for two weeks. Back to research and the next choice was "Organic Superfood Greens" by Number 1 Nutrition. Same as above, all search criteria satisfied + 2-day delivery. Just as good as the Swanson, and a bit cheaper ($19) with a similar effect. Try either one.(Disclaimer: I'm a 66 y/o gym rat/ supplement guy, so I think I'm pretty much in tune with my body and how I feel. The 2-week delay in onset of (perceived) effect pretty rules out a placebo effect. The bottom line is, if you're in need of a veg. supplement, try either one and see for yourself. Oh, they also passed my personal test for dissolution. The caplets literally fall apart by themselves in less than 2 minutes after dropping them in a glass of warm water.

I do not use any one vitamin a day except for this one. It is free of any metals. This is my vitamin of choice.

Too soon to know. I like that it is far more economical than the supplement on TV and that they require you to take 6 large capsules and you require only 2.

I bought these pills to try and help me loose weight, I take 2 a day with water and sometimes there easy to swallow and other days not, the flavor is not that great. Every since I started taking this pills mtn dew and coca cola taste horrible to me. Helps me out bc I need to quit drinking mtn dew, coca cola. The price isn't bad for 3 bottles so pretty good for value for money.

Haven’t noticed any difference while taking them. Good quality ingredients in them though. Easy to swallow

I was wanting to purchase a supplement with a blend of vegetables and fruits so I thought I would give this one a try. I have only been taking this for a week now but I can definitely say that I am very pleased with this supplement. I know that fruits and vegetables are good for our bodies and our gut but I just don't get around to cooking like I used to so I thought taking a supplement would be good for me. I am so glad I gave this product a try. I hadn't really noticed feeling any different or any extra energy but this supplement has definitely helped me to be regular with bowel movements. From only having a bowel movement once a week to having one everyday that I have been taking this supplement made me realize why I had not been regular before and how important fruits and vegetables are for our bodies. And who knows maybe after taking this for a month, I will start feeling better and maybe more energy. If not, it is still worth buying if it keeps me regular.Everybody's bodies are different so I don't know if someone else with irregularity problems will have the same results but for just $10 a bottle, it couldn't hurt to give it a try.

Great product. Swansons is tested 3x so I know what I'm getting! Always buy swansons !

I bought this because Swanson has not had the Fruit 4 life in many months. That and Veggies 4 life are my preferred option. This will do and is why I gave it 4 stars. Wife likes the tablets over the capsules. Finds them easier to swallow. Definitely a lot less expensive to the cost of Balance of Nature.
