Sun 'N' SandBackless Hat (Black)

The product was not complete. The hat has a soft felt velcro attachment inside where the hat sits on the forehead. It is missing the soft felt patch that is supposed to be attached in this item. I will return this hat. I have this same hat and had ordered it as a gift and paid over $13 in postage, although I am a prime member, to have it delivered earlier.
