The media could not be loaded. the computer sends a blue screen all the time, it also freezes as shown in the videos, it has already been restored and still continues, I am going to ask a dell authorized center to check it to see if the hardware is ok and what is affecting, do you agree? Fallas en refabricado
En primer lugar la laptop estaba gastada por algunos lados, cosa que no se me advirtió. En segundo lugar, la tecla de scroll down no funcionaba. En tercer lugar el escaner de huella digital para identificación no funcionaba. Un desastre como computadora. Nunca me ha pasado que un producto refurbished me resulte tan malo.
