I bought this kettlebell for my girlfriend, who is a biologist, and she absolutely loves it. The facial expression on the kettlebell looks pretty frightening under dim light. The exterior paint is a matte black finish that is pretty smooth but it still has enough grip. I've banged it around while doing some swings with a matching 1/2 pood zombie kettlebell and it survived without a scratch. The handle will fit two very small hands and one large hand. This kettlebell is perfect to hang on a gym rack or even your bookshelf. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
