Nature's Bounty Potassium Gluconate 99mg, 100 Caplets

Works just as I thought it would. Very good product. Great price too.

The quality, quantity,and price were all achieved with this product.

Unfortunately it's the largest dosage we can buy in the US but this dosage does help me sleep better and longer. I was also having leg pains and waking up in the middle of the night. With the Nature's Bounty 99mg of Potassium taken at bedtime the leg pains have gone away and I sleep about an hour longer than normal according to the sleep app on my iPhone. I never feel groggy when I wake up like I do if I take melatonin.

I chew them sometimes… a little chalky but not bad, or you can just swallow. A tablet a bit bigger than an aspirin. Definitely works to eliminate my foot and leg cramps and is supposed to be good for heart/metabolism as well, who knows. I keep buying them. Happy customer.

Glad I got my potassium. I need to take them.
