Arrives as bare roots single cane
What you will receive is a single cane with bare roots wrapped in a damp cloth, so don't wait more than a few days to unpack and plant! I planted mine right away in potting soil in a 10" pot on March 10 to get it started before I plant it outside after our frost-free date. I followed the planting instruction suggestion to take off the top 3 inches of the cane and place it in the dirt beside the main cane to root two plants. My main cane sprouted leaves within two weeks and is thriving (see photo taken six weeks after planting). However, my 'stub' never sprouted anything. Still glad to have the main cane doing well. I'm currently hardening my sprouted Heritage raspberry outside, bringing it back inside if the night temps fall below 50 degrees F. I'll be planting it outside permanently in a half barrel in another week or so and I hope it continues to do well after I transplant it.

Great quality
Buying plants on line can be hit or miss. But I have no complaints with the quality of the plants. They were packed well, very large, and appear very healthy. For shipping in midwinter, they are dormant, but definitely alive. We will see come spring but I have no issues with the plants or seller and would fully recommend them and buy from again.

Raspberry root
The plant started to grow but soon shriveled up & died, it’s been 2.5 wks since no growth has come back & been in my plant room till all frost stops in potted soil…

up in the air doesn't look to healthy.
they arrived timely but they didn't look too healthy. probably should have sent them back. I hope next year they'll come in and do fine. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. all the other plants have gotten have been quality so I'm hoping these will rebound next year. I will update at the end of next year.

Roots were wrapped in wet paper towel and had new roots an started to leaf when arrived
The plant roots were wrapped in wet paper towels and had new roots and a leaf beginning to come out. I am very pleased with this so far and have ordered another plant from them.

Raspberries
When I got them the paper it was wrapped in was still wet. Have had them on my counter for a couple weeks and they have bright green leaves on them.

Grew as expected
The raspberry plant took a few weeks but had a bunch of green leaves. I planted it in May CA, using potting soil mixed with bone meal and blood meal. Now it gets a few bunches of berries in July, just about 2 months after I planted it.
