Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but I tried to register the voucher code and pin at least a dozen times without success- contacted red letter to explain the situation and they told me to contact amazon,didn’t even try to help or explain what the issue could be,very puzzling as this product was supplied by them and can only be claimed through their own website !! Infact they did mention that it can only be registered if purchased through moonpig ??!! (Not sure exactly what that means) safe to say after an hour or so exchanging messages I ended up contacting Amazon who credit to them just reimbursed me the money within a 5 minute conversation !! Avoid,plenty of other companies out there which I have used before
