will this product detect smoke

Hello, I'm afraid not. Aico do a multi sensor that does smoke and heat (ei3024) but not carbon and smoke. Hope this helps

Is this capable to interlink wirelessly? i want to combine it with ei3024 optical alarm, the ei3000mrf and a controller like ei450. will they all work

You would need Aico's wireless base add-on to make this alarm wireless.
