Great attachment

Does Not Have Needle Clearance
I'm returning this generic presser foot because the needle hole is not large enough at the back side. The needle sits right next to the metal. The thread would be shredded if I actually sewed with it attached. The feet that I have that came with my machine have clearance that was built into them when they were made. Generic feet do not always work, even though they are slightly less expensive.

Better than expected
I needed this quickly so did not have time to wait for a branded item to arrive. I looked and checked reviews and nearly didn’t buy as I have previously bought unbranded feet and they have ended up in the bin as they were badly made. I decided to risk it and whilst it is not 100% perfect it is pretty good and did the job. I will add that my sewing machine was not listed as compatible. I checked with the brand listing for this foot and found several of the compatible’ machines listed there were listed for this foot so I crossed my fingers and purchased. It shouldn’t be this risky or take so long to research a simple item but sadly it does.

Does exactly what it should, moves the zip aside to allow stitching close to the invisible zip.
