ive been wearing drawstring scrubs for over 10 years. the vendor of scrubs at the retail store i used to buy from has discontinued selling drawstring scrubs with drawstring made out of same fabric as the pants. so i bought these on amazon. they are comfortable and they do not irritate my skin cuz i have sensitive skin. the drawstring is rubberized on one side. it will not stay tied but stays tied while i am asleep. i have to retie the drawstring about 2 to 4 times a day. too bad not different drawstring.

Arrived on time. I love the material. They are Very comfortable, but way too big. I normally wear an XL so ordered XL, but they fit like 2X, maybe even 3X. I'm returning and reordering a size smaller.Update: returned and reordered size L. They are still a bit long, but fit just right around the waist. If you are a thin person, order 2 sizes down. Updated to 4 stars because they really are so very comfortable and easy to wear all day long. ..the way a scrub pant should fit.

I've been wearing these for about 5 years and am just adding another set. They hold up very well.

For a medium size,was too large along with the leg width also too large..Both the waist and leg width would have needed tailoringI did return.

Size chart waist line dimensions are off. I am usually a medium but pants I received have a lot of slack making the drawstring really long.
