I ordered a 3 lock set and then ordered a separate 2 lock set. Both sets arrived in a timely manner and well packed. Seems like good quality. Unfortunately, both the 3 lock set and the 2 lock set use the same key. Not what I intended nor hoped for. I needed one key to work the 3 lock set and a totally separate key for the 2 lock set. Seller provides the same key despite separate orders. I notified the seller. Will update when they respond and provide an explanation.

I got 3 sets of door locks (knob & deadbolt), they were all keyed alike and there were lot's of keys. This was less money than paying a locksmith for the travel time to come out and rekey, let alone the actual work.I swapped the locks one at a time, the new ones went in just like to old ones came out.If you are putting the locks on for the first time each set came with instructions and the needed templates for drilling the holes.I'd buy these again.

Install is typical. Wasn't a cheap solution.Shoddy quality, grabby at all points,and I even pre lubricated the tumblers.Locks great from the inside,but not from the outside!The only way I can get it to lock from the outside,is if the key is in the inside,..while Im locking the outside?Whats the point of having it keyed both sides, IF I HAVE TO LEAVE THE KEY INSERTED ON THE INSIDE?Defeats the entire purpose for purchasing.Im a contractor ,its not a case of operator error.I should have bought locally for a kwikset.Im truly disgusted, I'm not going to bother returning this garbage. Im NOT wasting anymore of my time fiddling with this crap. I'll get more pleasure smashing this $35 POS with a hammer.Yet another sub par Amazon purchase. It's getting old dealing with garbage product at Covid prices.DONE!

Didn't install because color wasn't what what the of the house wanted after I ordered them. Shipping was quick and return process the same. Did open 1 box seemed to be same quality as lock from a local hardware store.

These are Schlage copies, not Kwiksets. Installation is always challenging. I had to bore the door and replace broken door jams, while adding all the door reinforcement available on Amazon. Not a direct simple exchange.

These were delivered without a scratch, well packed. I was surprised by how many keys were included. 16 total keys came with the set. All locks worked well with any of the keys. Installation was a breeze.

This 3 pack of knobs and dead bolts were easy to install and have a good look to them. The only down fall I see with them is each knob and bolt comes with 3 keys making it a total of 18 keys that work on all the knobs and bolts. This is not a bad thing if you want that many keys.

Exactly what we were looking for and the price could not be beat! Make sure you test whether or not they lock before you screw them together as they only fit together one way.

We needed 5 door locks keyed alike and these were a great buy! It came with a zillion keys which is fantastic for our daughter who looses them regularly. We have had them a few months now to see how they hold up and they are a great product! I strongly recommend!

This set works as expected unfortunately I didn't notice I had ordered a double cylinder deadbolt instead of traditional. I will never have to get keys cut since these sets include 6 keys per doorknob. Reached out to the company and they were extremely accommodating offering solutions. Very happy with my order would order from this company again.

The installs clip to adjust to different doors was not easily removed. Only lists it to be removed well down in the instructions so I had struggled for a while before getting it out and then installed into the doors.

Bought for my 5 exterior doors and Two of the door knobs inner mechanisms broke in the first week and they are not interchangeable with any regular knob parts. Now two doors are not keyed the same. Amazon told me to call the manufacturer. I called them and emailed them but they will not contact me back. I Do not recommend buying this company’s door lock products.
